Siobhan Hill

Siobhan Hill is a senior vice president in Edelman Global Advisory’s UK office. She works closely with her clients to identify political risks and opportunities and helps them strengthen their stakeholder relationships at the UK level. She primarily works in retail and food and beverage, and has extensive experience of advising companies on public health and sustainability issues.​

Ms. Hill currently leads the team which acts as a global hub for the world’s leading chocolate and chewing gum manufacturer. She collates information from its global offices to inform its global public affairs strategy and also develops position papers, global toolkits, and oversees a strategic advocacy program to promote the benefits of chewing sugar-free gum. She also leads on the development and implementation of a leading international clothing retailer’s public affairs strategy which focuses on ethics and sustainability. She also advises a vaccine alliance on how to mobilize its stakeholder base to champion its efforts to maximize global vaccination coverage and rid the world of some of its most deadly diseases.​

Ms. Hill has also advised an online and consumer goods delivery service on its UK launch—its first expansion outside of the US—and on protecting its license to operate and grow. And for many years she advised a leading soft drink company on the evolution of its portfolio, preventing any increase to the soft drinks industry levy, and building a coalition of support for its sustainability commitments.​ Ms. Hill joined EGA from Conservative Campaign Headquarters where she was the communications lead on the business relations team. Before that, she was seconded to the leader of the opposition’s operations and events team where she worked on his political visits in the run up to and during the 2010 general election.​ Ms. Hill graduated with a degree in history from University College London.
