A lawyer by background, Markus Poole joined Edelman Global Advisory from the global law firm DLA Piper. Previously, he ran his family-owned import-export business out of Vancouver.
Mr. Poole also has experience working on trade related issues with the Canadian Mission to the EU, where he facilitated engagement with EU stakeholders, and with the European Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht, where he focused on the training of EU officials and public affairs professionals.
