Katrina Draper

Katrina Draper is a program manager for Edelman Global Advisory in Ottawa, Canada.​

An experienced policy analyst and conflict resolution specialist, Ms. Draper assists the team in determining policy impacts for clients and is skilled at aligning client needs with opportunities in the public and private sectors.​

Ms. Draper has work experience in Canada, Australia, and Rwanda. In Rwanda, she worked in a UN refugee camp evaluating policies pertaining to community programs with the intent of furthering practices leading to reconciliation. Her training in mediation and conflict resolution coupled with her specialized education in political management makes her uniquely qualified when it comes to creating advocacy and strategic plans. She brings experience in policy, advocacy, not-profit work, fundraising, digital campaigns, and grassroots movements. She is an expert at recognizing what voices need to be at the table and ensuring they get there.​

Ms. Draper has an honors degree in peace and conflict studies from the University of Waterloo and a master’s degree in political management from Carleton University.
