Janaina Arteaga serves as a senior analyst and oil and gas sector lead at EGA Distrito where she is responsible for overseeing strategic communications efforts alongside the development and implementation of key initiatives. She has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, with a focus on energy and policy matters.
Prior to EGA Distrito, she served as the head of the Parliamentary Advisory Office at Eletronuclear in Brasília and, following that, as coordinator of activities in the Parliamentary Advisory Office at the National Petroleum Agency (ANP) from 2004 to 2018. Ms. Arteaga earned a degree in political science from the University of Brasília (UnB) and holds a master's degree in political sociology from the same university.
