Jack O'Shea is excited to bring his experience in international affairs and politics back to Edelman Global Advisory. Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. O'Shea is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of strategic communications campaigns for government, corporate, or nonprofit, clients.
Mr. O'Shea previously served as Press Secretary for a frontline member of Congress from his home state of Colorado. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, Mr. O'Shea spent four years managing public affairs campaigns in Washington, D.C., including two years at EGA. Throughout his public affairs career, he has helped clients navigate some of the most politically sensitive issues shaping the news cycle. He has a track record of successfully implementing media relations, stakeholder engagement, and crisis response initiatives for a diverse range of clients, from governments to healthcare companies to global nonprofits.
Mr. O'Shea has also held positions with the European Parliament Liaison Office and the Atlantic Council. A Denver native, he holds a bachelor degree from the University of Colorado.
