Ariane de Bellefroid is a senior vice president at Edelman Global Advisory, having worked for eight years at Landmark until it joined EGA in 2023. At Landmark, she was associate director in charge of sustainability and environment and gained significant expertise on a broad range of policies, including digital, nutrition, agriculture, and environment spheres. She also maintained a dedicated focus on sustainability policies, specifically renewable energy, the circular economy, and sustainable supply chains. She helped coordinate Landmark’s work on these policies and led public affairs strategy support for major companies in these areas.
Previously, Ms. Bellefroid worked for two years as the EU-China project manager of the think tank Madariaga-College of Europe Foundation, followed by a year studying Mandarin Chinese at Shanghai Jiaotong University and experience at the European Commission. She holds master’s degrees in European studies, and in French and Spanish Literature. A Belgian national, she is fluent in French, English, and Spanish and has an intermediate level of Dutch.
