Anna Morath

Anna Morath

Anna Morath serves as vice president of global affairs at Edelman Global Advisory, where she advises corporate clients and trade associations on strategic multilateral engagement with the United Nations and other organizations. She leads on strategic communications, organizational development and management, and multilateral advocacy for the EGA team in New York City and brings experience advising clients across sectors. Previously she worked as an account director at Landmark before it was acquired by EGA.

Prior to joining Landmark, Ms. Morath managed public diplomacy and multilateral outreach for the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the United Nations in support of Ireland’s UN Security Council bid, and served as press attaché at the UN General Assembly. Previously, she served as conference affairs officer for the UN’s chemical weapons disarmament organization in The Hague, where she managed multilateral text negotiations and international conferences for member states. She has also consulted for the Concordia Summit, a New York-based non-profit dedicated to convening public-private sector summits, and with the University of Leiden on research in international security. Ms. Morath holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Leiden (the Netherlands) and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the Joseph Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver.
