EGA: What excites you most about your role at EGA?

GS: I am a digital geek who lives in a policy world, so what excites me is that I can do creative work while dealing with complex topics targeting niche audiences. It's not always easy but I like challenges.

EGA: What would you say is your personal area of expertise?

GS: Policy communications – working with policy teams across sectors to find creative ways to communicate policy priorities for clients – from trade associations to corporations and international organizations.

EGA: If you could give yourself one piece of advice at the start of your career, what would it be?

GS: Take it easy and enjoy the ride. Everyone grows at their own pace.

EGA: What past work project or accomplishment are you the proudest of and why?

GS: I am very proud of our current campaign for the Spotlight Initiative to fight violence against women and girls. If all goes according to plan, we should go live before Christmas.

EGA: What would you do if you weren’t doing this?

GS: I have no idea which I guess is a good thing.

EGA: If you could invite 3 people (living or dead) to a dinner party, who would you choose and why?

GS: Keith Richards, Liam Gallagher and Dave Grohl. It would be a very long dinner 😊

EGA: How do you like to spend your time outside of work? Do you have any special hobbies or interests?

GS: I have a three-year-old tornado—Zoe—and a one-and-a-half soon-to-be tornado—Giacomo. They keep me quite busy after working hours and during weekends.
